Please note that most glassware items sold on Blk Sanctuary are vintage/pre-loved, so they may have imperfections. Any major flaws will be listed in the item description.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped on sundays or holidays.

If a significant delay in shipment of your order is foreseen, we will contact you via email.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Contirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

1-5 business days depending on location. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

DAMAGED & MISPLACED PACKAGES

Please contact & file a claim through the shipping carrier, each package has up to $100 insurance included. If you have any questions please fill out our "contact" form. Please save all packaging materials & damaged good before filing a claim.

We skillfully package with plenty of packing material & bubble wrap to ensure it arrives in the condition it was sent.
